Tips for the Pricing Section

Updated over a week ago

Remember that you’re in charge of your listing and what it offers. That means, your listing is a reflection of what you’re already doing.

*Pricing Type:

Depending on what your service is, you can price your listing per event/fixed-price, per attendee, per hour, or per item.

Price Description:

The reason event organizers prefer Eventors is because they understand upfront what is included in the base price. With this in mind, use the price description to highlight everything you’ve priced into your rate.

*Pricing Types

  • Per Event/Fixed Priced: This means your service is set at one specific amount, and any add-ons you offer will be calculated on top of that set price.

  • Per Attendee: This means your service is priced based on the number of guests attending. The amount you set per person will be the base price multiplied by the amount of people attending the event ($20.00 per person x 50 people = $1,000), and any add-ons you offer will be calculated on top of that sum.

  • Per Hour: This means your service is priced based on how long you will be at the event. The amount you set per hour will be the base price multiplied by the full duration of the client's event ($450.00 per hour x 3 hour event = $1,350), and any add-ons you offer will be calculated on top of that sum.

  • Per Item: With this pricing type your listing basically turns into a catalog/menu showcasing several items or services, and each can be priced differently. Clients will have to pick and choose from your list of items for what they would like to book.

Please note for the Per Item pricing type: Your listing won’t have a set price but a starting price. A starting price is there to let organizers know your minimum order required to book your service/for you to come to their event.
