How to create custom offers or discounts

You can send custom offers/quotes or offer discounts by doing one of the following:


1) Listings with the "Per Item" pricing type:

Edit your listing and create a new item

If your listing is set up with the "Per Item" pricing type (found in the Pricing section when editing your listing), you can simply create a new item in the Items section. Give it a name, a price, and save. It will be visible on your listing and your client will be able to book it.


*After you accept the booking request you can delete that item

2) Listings with the "Per Attendee"/"Per Hour"/"Per Event/Fixed-Price" pricing type:

Update your listing's pricing

Edit your listing by clicking the blue "Edit listing" button under the listing you want to edit here. Go to the Pricing Section. Change your listing's price to reflect what you want to offer your client.

*Once you accept the booking request you can change your rates back.

3) Offer Free Add-Ons or Time

For the listings that are set up with the "Per Hour" or "Per Attendee" pricing type, you can offer free add-ons or service hours.


For example: A listing is $10 per attendee and there will be 50 people attending.
Let the organizer know they can send a booking request for 30 people and you'll agree (written in the booking conversation in your inbox) to accomodate for the full 50 guests.

For example: A listing is $20 per hour and the event is 5hrs long.
Have the organizer book 4hrs, but note in your booking conversation in the eventors inbox that you'll accomodate 5 hours of service to give them a free hour.

Offer free Add-Ons: Edit your add-on rate to $0, and the organizer will be able to add that to their booking request at no charge.
