When event organizers are interested in learning more about your service, they will send you an inquiry via the red “Message Vendor” button on your listing page.
All inquiries you receive are sent directly to your Eventors Inbox. You’ll also be notified via email and sms (if you opt for sms notifications).
A timely and polite response to organizers helps ensure you stay competitive, even if the request isn’t a good fit.

We recommend that vendors and organizers thoroughly document what services were agreed on, in the shared booking conversation in the Inbox, before the start of a booking and again after any changes were made to a booking, to ensure that proper evidence is available in the event of a dispute.
