For matters regarding Cancellations, here's what to expect

Updated over a week ago

If either the Vendor or the Organizer would like to cancel, they would have to reach out to Eventors directly via support@eventors.com. We investigate case by case.

Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

A Vendor may cancel one confirmed booking within a 6-month period without penalty. In the event of any cancellation of a confirmed booking by a Vendor, Eventors reserves the right to impose penalties on the Vendor’s account including:

  • A Fine of the greater of $100 or 15% of the total price of the Booking

  • A Replacement Fee if the cancelation is made 48 hours before the booking start time

  • Publishing a warning on the Vendor’s listing indicating they cancelled a booking

  • Suspending or terminating the Vendor’s account

Vendor No-Show

In the event of any no-show of a confirmed booking by a Vendor, Eventors reserves the right to impose penalties on the Vendor’s account including:

  • A Fine of the greater of $100 or 15% of the total price of the Booking

  • A Replacement Fee

Due to the lack of time to accommodate the Organizer for the last minute no-show, Eventors will have to find a replacement from what is available. If the available replacement to accommodate the last minute change/no-show is of higher rate, the Vendor will be responsible for the difference and will be charged accordingly.

  • Publishing a warning on the Vendor’s listing indicating they cancelled a booking

  • Suspending or terminating the Vendor’s account
