Getting paid is simple with Property payouts. When bookings come through your storefront, Eventors sends your commission straight to your bank. Payments run securely through Stripe, so before your first payout you connect a payout account once. This guide covers setting it up, reading your dashboard, and keeping your bank details current.
What you'll learn
- How to connect your payout account with Stripe
- How to read your Payout account status (Active means you're ready)
- Where to see your balance and payout history
- How to update your bank details
Set up payouts
- Open Payouts. Your Payout account status starts as Not started.
- Click Set up payouts.
- Stripe walks you through it - a few business details and your bank account. It only takes a few minutes.
- When you're done, your Payout account status turns Active. You're ready to receive funds.
Your Payouts dashboard
- Payout account status shows when you're ready to receive funds - only Active means you're set.
- Total balance and Available to pay out show what you've earned and what's ready to transfer.
- Payout history lists every transfer - date, status, destination and amount - so nothing's a mystery.
- Need to update your bank? Click Manage payout details.
How your commission works
Your commission on each booking is sent to the payout account you connected. Once your account is Active, payouts happen automatically - no invoicing, no chasing. Every transfer shows up in Payout history.
Good to know
- Stripe keeps your bank details secure - Eventors doesn't store them; payments run through Stripe Connect.
- Set it up once - after onboarding, payouts run automatically for every booking.
- Status can also read In progress, Action needed, In review, or Declined during setup - only Active means you're ready to receive funds.
- This is the property payout (your commission), parallel to the vendor payout.
