Issues with your booking can come in many shapes and sizes. If an issue comes up during your booking, the Planner Refund Policy is here to make sure you're covered.
Situations that may be eligible for a refund or partial refund under the Planner Refund Policy generally fall into one of two categories:

Within 24 hours of booking start time
For any eligible issue you notice upon booking start time, contact us and we’ll rebook you an equal or better service, or refund you 100% of your money.

During your booking
For any other eligible issue that comes up later in your booking, contact us and we’ll partially refund or rebook you depending on the nature of the issue.
Eligible booking issues
The Planner Refund Policy features booking issues that are eligible for a refund or partial refund and the minimum quality standards for every booking. Here are more details on what’s covered by the policy and how Eventors can step in to help:
Vendor is non-committal or unresponsive
The vendor cancels the booking during your event, or they are unresponsive or unable to resolve an issue at booking start time.
This might include:

Vendor cancels your reservation within 24 hours of booking start time

Vendor does not show up to the event
Vendor fails to provide the outcome the Planner expected
The vendor is unable to deliver to the fullest extent the agreed on services with the planner.
This might include:

Vendor changes your booking's services to another service without your consent

Vendor does not show up with all the necessary equipment, rentals, materials, etc,
Submitting a claim
If you encounter a booking issue at any point during your event and you’re the planner who booked the service on Eventors, here’s what we’ll need from you when you contact us to submit a claim:

Message or call Eventors within 24 hours of noticing the booking issue

Share photos or videos to document issues like incorrect number of staff, rentals, catering quantity, etc.

Remain available for us to reach you if we need to follow up with next steps
