When your cart is ready, checkout is quick and secure - and it books every vendor at once. You confirm your details, pay a deposit per vendor now, and the balance is due closer to your event. This guide walks through it.

Checkout
- Open Checkout. Confirm your Contact details, your Event details (date, guests, event address), and your Billing address.
- Review the Order Summary: each vendor takes a deposit now, plus any Transportation fee based on the distance to your event.
- Click Continue to Payment.
- Pay securely by card in the payment section, then click Confirm Payment.
- The Order Summary shows your Total, what's Due now, and what's Due later.
- That's it - you'll get a confirmation, and every vendor is notified.
Good to know
- You pay a deposit now, the balance later - "Due now" is the sum of each vendor's deposit; "Due later" is charged closer to the event (see Track & pay for bookings).
- Transportation is calculated automatically from your event address to each vendor - that's why the address matters.
- One payment books everyone - a single secure checkout confirms every vendor in your cart at once.

- Always pay through Eventors - only bookings completed on the site get secure payment, fraud safeguards, and cancellation protection.
