When you find a vendor you like, their listing tells you everything you need to know before you book - who they are, what they offer, and the trust signals that matter. From there, each service has its own page where you pick your date, time, and quantity, add optional extras, and add it to your event. This guide walks through both.
What you'll learn
- How to read a vendor listing - name, rating, and trust badges
- Where to find the About section and the quick facts
- How to browse a vendor's Services & packages
- How a service page works - About the Service, Add-ons, and the booking panel
Reading the listing
- Open a vendor listing. At the top you'll see their name, their ★ rating, and trust badges like Insurance verified and Fast responder.
- Read the About section to learn who they are, and check the quick facts panel (location, "Services from…", capacity, travel radius, insurance, cancellation policy).
- Have a special request? Click Need a custom quote? to message the vendor directly.
- Scroll to Services & packages to see everything they offer, grouped by type.
The service page
- Click any service for a quick look in the drawer, or open its full page.
- Read About the Service for the details.
- Switch on any optional Add-ons - each shows its added price.
- In the Book Service panel, pick your date, time, and quantity. Your estimate (Base, Add-ons, Processing fee, Total Estimate) updates live.
- Click Add to Event. You're not charged yet - add services from multiple vendors and check out once.
Good to know
- Trust badges are earned - "Insurance verified" means the vendor's insurance was checked by our team; "Fast responder" means they reply quickly.
- The estimate is live - change the date, time, quantity, or add-ons and the Total Estimate updates instantly.
- "Add to Event" doesn't charge you - it just adds the service to your cart; you pay once at checkout across all vendors.
- Need something custom? Use Need a custom quote? to ask the vendor for a tailored proposal.
