Credits are your personal balance on Eventors - money that stays safely in your account, ready to use whenever you book. They show up automatically whenever money needs to come back to you, so there's no waiting on a card refund. You'll find them any time under Credits in your account.

Where credits come from
Credits appear on their own - you never buy them. They're added when:
- A vendor declines or doesn't respond in time - your deposit comes straight back as credit.
- You cancel a booking - we return what your cancellation policy covers, as credit.
- A price drops after you've paid - if you and a vendor agree on a lower price, we credit you the difference.
Each line in your History names the reason and the date, and links back to the booking it came from.
Spend credits at checkout
- Add your services and go to Checkout.
- Turn on Apply credits.
- Your balance comes right off the total, and the card charge shrinks to match.
Withdraw to your card
- Open Credits in your account.
- Click Withdraw to card.
- Confirm the amount - the refund goes back to the card you paid with.
Good to know
- Applying credits at checkout is always fee-free. Withdrawals to your card carry a small 3% fee.
- Withdrawals are capped at your most recent order's original charge; a larger balance can still be spent in full at checkout.
- Credits are yours to keep - there's no expiry to worry about.
- Find them anytime under Credits in your account menu.
