Once you book, everything lives under My Bookings - your upcoming events, your past history, each booking's details and payment, and the option to cancel a service if plans change.
What you'll learn
- Finding your bookings (Upcoming and Past events)
- Reading a booking's details, payment and receipt
- Cancelling a service, and how refunds come back as credit
Find your bookings
- Open the account menu (top right) and choose Bookings.
- My Bookings groups everything into Upcoming and Past events.
- Each card shows the date, the vendors, and the total.
Open a booking
Open any booking for the full picture:
- The Payment card - your Order total, marked Paid in full, with a Deposit receipt link.
- The Services list - every service you booked, each with its vendor and cancellation policy.
Cancel a service
- On a service, click Cancel booking.
- Choose a reason and (optionally) add a note.
- Click Confirm cancellation.
The modal shows exactly how much you'll get back - eligible amounts come back as Eventors credit, per the vendor's cancellation policy.
Good to know
- A booking only appears here after it's paid - there's no "unpaid booking" to settle later; the payment shows as Paid in full.
- Cancellation refunds go to Eventors credit (not a card refund), and the amount depends on the vendor's cancellation window (e.g. 30-day).
- Your credit is tracked under Credits and applies automatically at your next checkout (see "Your credits, explained").
