Your Description and Media are what turn a browser into a booking. In the listing editor, the Description section holds your title, your story, and the categories that help the right organizers find you. The Media section is where your photos and videos live. This guide walks through both, so your listing looks its best before you submit.

Description
- Open the Description section from the listing editor.
- Start with your Listing title - keep it short and specific. Your business name works well.
- In the Description box, tell your story: describe what you offer and why you're a great fit for events.
- Leave out your email, phone, and website - bookings and messages all go through Eventors. (The help panel on the right reminds you of this.)
- Pick the Category that matches your services, then check every Subcategory that applies so the right organizers find you.
- Click Save description.
Media
- Open the Media section.
- Click Add media to upload photos or short videos. Images can be JPG, PNG, or WebP; videos MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 10 MB each.
- Your first item is your main photo - it leads your listing. Use the arrows to reorder your gallery anytime.
- To showcase work hosted elsewhere, paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or SoundCloud link into the "Add a video or audio link" row and click Add link.
Good to know
- Leave contact details out - the description is public; the platform handles all contact so your private details stay private.
- Categories drive discovery - the Category sets where you appear when organizers browse; Subcategories narrow it to the exact offerings you provide.
- Your main photo matters most - it's the first thing organizers see, so lead with your strongest image.
- At least one image or video is required before you can submit your listing for review.
