Services are the heart of your listing - they're what customers actually book. This guide shows how to build your menu: add services, group them into collections, price them, offer add-ons, and set your tax and gratuity rates.
What you'll learn
- How to add a service and group it into a collection
- How to set a Pricing type and Base price
- How to publish a service
- How to offer Add-ons
- How to set your Sales tax and Gratuity rates
Services & collections
- Open the Services page to see your catalog.
- Group services into collections (like "Popular" or "Desserts") so your listing reads like a real menu.
- To add one, click Add service.
Add a service
- Give it a Service name and a short Description.
- Choose a Pricing type - per guest, per hour, per item, or per package - then set your Base price.
- Save it, add at least one photo, and click Publish. Now it's live and bookable.
Add-ons
- On a service, open Add-ons and click Add add-on.
- Add-ons are optional upgrades a customer can add at booking time - an extra hour, a premium option, a delivery fee. Give each a name, an optional description, and a price.
Pricing (tax & gratuity)
- Open Pricing - it keeps your rates in one place.
- Set your Sales tax rate and an optional Gratuity rate (gratuity passes through to you in full).
- Click Save pricing.
Good to know
- A service needs at least one photo or video before it can be published (otherwise it shows a "Needs media" badge).
- Pricing type sets the unit shown at checkout and the quantity the organizer chooses.
- Tax & gratuity apply per service via toggles on the service editor; the rates themselves live on the Pricing page.
- Gratuity passes through to you in full - it's added at checkout on gratuity-eligible services.
- Ungrouped services fall under "More services" on your public listing.
